What is the Autolube system?

The Autolube system consists of stainless steel spray tubes (installed between the ironer rolls) and a central unit. By pressing the green button, the system would pressurize, then spray the wax product onto the padding for approximately 10 seconds.

During this time the rolls would be putting the wax onto the bed evenly throughout the width and length of the ironer.

The waxing cycle would take less than a minute, and the ironer would again be ready for use

 

Autolube system versus Waxcloth

A shorter waxing cycle time saving approximately 9 minutes per waxing cycle.
With a machine processing 800 sheets per hour, this represents an extra production of 120 sheets per waxing cycle.
Less rejects due to waxing when it was required. A 1 to 5 % gain has been measured thanks to the Autolube system.
The two points above give an extra production possibility that can be easily calculated for each ironer.
Waxing more evenly, and by experience with the system, exactly the right amount.
Waxing by the push of a button rather than a messy cloth.
No more risk of burned hands with a hot cloth.
What about the liquid product used in the system? This is a liquid form of the product
Cleancoat which has been in use for the last 15 years

Cleancoat has been formulated to clean the bed as well as wax it.
Synthetic formulation which does not break down with temperature, therefore no carbonisation on the covers or bed.
Better airflow through the covers.
Longer cover life, typically 20%
Less product required.
Less waste wax in the ironer vacuum exhaust pipe again leading to better air flow, less fire risk and reduced maintenance.
Finally, all the constituents used in the formulation of Autolube are fully safe, non carcinogenic, and approved by the FDA, the American Food & Drug Administration,
